Once you look past the obvious things that raise concerns with the property it's obvious that the hosts have provided for a comfortable stay for their guest's. Nice kitchen and very well stocked with utensils and space for everyone. Beds are all memory foam and very comfortable. Plenty of linens, hot water and good heat. We enjoyed several long walks along the trail. Quiet, secluded. Overall a very good stay.“

„I rented the house across the street and my brother rented the property at the lake. We rented the pontoon boat and everyone from kids to adults had a great time. Edgar is awesome to work with and very responsive. Just know that there are not seemingly any or perhaps few rentals in that neighborhood, so treat the place like it’s your neighborhood. Not a place to be hosting a rager or a place where the neighbors would have much tolerance for nonsense.“

„The house looked like it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. There were sex toys next to one of the beds and sex toy boxes in the trash can. There was blood smeared on walls and the couch was dirty. We never found the remote to the TV and there were no cups in the kitchen. The sheets were dirty too. I would not recommend this place. “

„The property was nice and modern looking, and decorated nicely. The location by the lake was awesome and it is also close to Grand Rapids itself so you are nevee too far from fun activities! The hot tub for this rental was down, but we were allowed to use the hot tub by the other unit which was very nice, however it was not very private. Also be aware that the listing says "private hot tub", but it is actually shared with nearby units and not exclusive to your party. When trying to clear this up ...
