If I could give this hotel a negative 10,000 rating, I would. While some of the staff were somewhat polite, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The breakfast area was very unclean, and the food was terrible. The cook was dressed in all black with a hoodie over their head, which did not appear professional and made us uncomfortable. We were so disgusted by the food that we couldn’t even eat.
The room was also not properly cleaned—it was obvious the sheets had not been changed. On top of that, the TV didn’t work. The front desk staff attempted to fix it but were unsuccessful.
I spoke with the manager, Melissa, who promised us a discount for the inconvenience. However, at checkout, we were still charged the full amount. When I tried to speak with her again, I was told she was unavailable.
This was my first stay at Comfort Inn, and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other option. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had—poor service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. Please reconsider before booking.
