Interesting that you have to be your own tech person at the request of staff because they’re not “tech-y” to get the in room equipment operational (tv failed). The solution from the staff was to try to fix it ourselves and leave a review since it was already brought to management attention. In addition to tv failure, sink and coffee in room were also not usable. Was rather disappointed with the quality of in room amenities.
