We got by very well but the house is much better suited for couples or girls outing… Table and chairs and dishes for 4 -6. We spent most time out - alabaster caverns, salt flats digging crystals, state park.“

„We were attending a family reunion hosted by my sister and needed a place to stay for my wife , 2 adult children and myself. This property allowed us to have separate bedrooms for much less than what a hotel would have charged. The kitchen and living room were also nice to have. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but looked to be in good shape. Finally the owner allowed me to park my vehicle in the attached garage protected from the weather“

„The toilet backed up into the shower/tub! GROSS!!, water drainage problems galore!! Water issues left and right. The washer leaked, the washer when set on warm water put steaming water on the clothes. Water issues galore! Not fit for people til the pipes are rota-rootered!!!! Otherwise a cute place…but needs massive pipe work!!! Do not stay here until the pipes are fixed!!!“
