„The property was clean. The views were amazing. Just around the corner was a few little shops, or wine bar and a coffee shop. There’s also a Pilates studio. From the backyard you can walk down to the beach or from the road you can walk down to Little blowhole and also the beach. The property could really do with some Blockout curtains or blinds. It’s incredibly light from the street lights at night and the blinds that are currently there are quite old and don’t do the job. Downstairs is a room ...

„Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.“

„Lovely, clean and bright home, large enough for extended family. Big back yard. Some maintenance issues - back garden needed tidying, no working lights at front entrance (making it very dangerous for elderly and frail family member) and a front door that needs shaving on the bottom to stop it jamming on tiles (and allowing walker to be used).“
