In the living room is a cozy sectional couch where you can cuddle up with the fireplace on and stream on the WI-FI enabled smart tv. The large kitchen is equipped with plenty of amenities. From the coffee maker to the ice machine, it has everything you need. You'll find the dining room table has plenty of room to take advantage of the board games or cards we have. The main floor bedroom has plenty of room for you to unpack and catch some Z's in the comfy and spacious king bed. The main floor also comes equipped with new washer & dryer as well as a full bathroom with a jetted tub!
Head to the next level of the house to find another spacious living area with plenty of room to hang out enjoying the large Wi-Fi enabled smart TV with 2 couches with chase loungers. The two couches also have trundles to pull out into 2 full beds w linens. Next, a super cute bedroom with a new queen bed & some extra seating. Finally, you'll find the 3rd bedroom with a large closet and new Queen Bed. All bedrooms have Wi-Fi enabled smart tv's, ceiling fans, wireless charges, & nightlights. There is another full bathroom here as well. Ready for some fun? Just completed brand-new game room finished February 2023. If you'd like to head outside for some fresh air, enjoy the large grounds with plenty of space & privacy. Off the main floor living area is a large deck equipped with a grill, table & plenty of seating. You can also enjoy Kan Jam, Ladder Ball, cornhole, Hammock, Picnic Table, and swing set.
