After several calls and texts it took three days for someone to finally come out from local VaCasa office and show us that we needed to click on an invisible button on the log-in page on our iPhones. „Very nice house, the lake was very nice. Only thing is when we check in we had to vacuum the floors. The floors look like it was not done. Way to many spiders and spiders web. On the wall, ceiling fan light and etc. Dont use the ice machine on the fridge!! Not sure when it was clean out. There was black mold in the ice.“

The pictures of the home are accurate, the beds comfy, we didn’t do any cooking but everything was there for that if needed. Ethan was easily reachable when my mother in law was having trouble with the code and she got in within minutes of me reaching Ethan.
