„We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! “

The set up was nice as one of the houses had a nice back deck overlooking the lake with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. The host was great and even brought us some fresh vegetables one afternoon from his garden. We really enjoyed our stay.“

„We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in nearby town. It was the only place that would fit our family plus two dogs. Very clean, comfy beds-kids loved the toy room, dogs loved the backyard. Only issue was we could not unlock the door-once at midnight. But host was responsive and fixed issue. “

„The boathouse is a cozy cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kayaks, hammock, and chair swings are perfect for relaxation. Kristy and Casey are wonderful hosts, they made us feel very welcome.“

„Know that the layout is a bit odd being an old church. Fabulous place with high quality furnishings and decor. Clean, great beds, all that is as good as it gets. Just know the layout. You enter a shared lobby from outside, then two door go to each suite or stairs go up to another shared lobby that has doors to the lofts for each suite (the loft bedroom has a lock) But to get to loft you go thru these shared lobby's. There are no restrooms in loft, so for middle of the night nature call you ...

„We stayed here for our daughter's graduation at a nearby college, and we absolutely loved it. The house easily accommodated our larger group and everyone had a comfortable bed. There are extra fridges to minimize trips to town and plenty of hot water. The views and sunsets were absolutely phenomenal!
