Staff was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a some problems that were out of their control that made the stay less than desirable. My room was on the 3rd floor right near the elevator. However, after checking in, I left to come back later that night and found the elevator was broken. That forced us to go all the way to the end of the hallway, walk up the stairs and then all the way back down the hallway to our room. Then when my girlfriend and I tried to use the hot tub, the jets were not working. We had to get dressed and go downstairs to the front desk. He came up to to room and found that most of the jets were locked for some reason. After he unlocked them, they worked slightly...but still not at full power. I expected the hot experience to be much better than it was. The staff did what they could, but it was still a somewhat disappointing visit, especially for a Valentine's Day surprise that I planned for my girlfriend.
