The Riverhouse Estate includes the Main House (sleeps 8-10) and the Cottage (sleeps 6) and includes access to 100ft+ of private waterfront on the Niantic River. Ideal for fishing, relaxing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or reading. This family-friendly vacation rental in Waterford, CT is 15 minutes from Downtown Niantic and Downtown Mystic.

The Main House includes 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 1.5 bathrooms, large living room with working fireplace, home-office space including use of printer/scanner/fax located in the dinning room, and 1 outdoor shower. Additional sleeper sofa located in the living room, sleeps 2.

The Cottage includes 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, and a comfortable layout ideal for relaxing. Be sure to check out the fully stocked board games and books built-in in the living room.

Outdoor living spaces include a 3-4 person sauna and pergola with picnic table located in the upper backyard next to the Cottage. Lower level (waterside) includes a picnic table and Adirondack chairs. Perfect for hanging out by the Niantic River.

The Riverhouse Estate is located15 minutes from Downtown Mystic or Niantic, Connecticut. A 20 minutes drive to CT casinos and Rhode Island beaches. State parks, The Children’s Place, local and State beaches.

Looking to upgrade your vacation experience? Additional vacation add-ons: use of on-site kayaks and paddleboards ($50/daily), use of meat smoker, pizza oven, and grill ($25/daily).

Additional information: Friendly pets (2 max) allowed with non-refundable pet deposit. Also, please note, there is a maximum of four cars allowed for parking. No parties. There is an enforced noise curfew from 10pm-7am.
