„Great stay and wonderful property. The first stay that didn’t have a book and list full of restrictions and checkout instructions. After a whirlwind weekend celebrating our daughter ‘s engagement, this was a welcomed surprise! Everyone enjoyed their stay, including our two labs. Great fenced in yard that gave them plenty of room to exercise. We will be back!“

„This cottage is Comfortable, clean and fully stocked on a private street with a beautiful short walk to the beach. We were only 2 but house could easily sleep up to 8 guests. Large backyard with tranquil outdoor setting firepit and Barbeque. Host is very responsive welcoming and helpful. The nearby Main street has many restaurants and shops as well as Wine vineyards. We stayed for NYE hoping to get away from the loud chaos we’re typically faced with at home and this location fit the bill. „This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. „Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. „Great place to stay and hang with a group of close friends. Layout of rooms and open concept worked for our close group of 12. The pool room was a great space to hang after hours with music, pool, and ping pong. The location is close to the Southampton strip of boutiques and local pub as well as the North Fork wineries. Debbie, the property manager, was extremely responsive and the arrival/departure process was super smooth!“
