Finde Wasserfall von Hirayu Hotels

„Spacious, comfortable and clean traditional Japanese room. Old but well maintained. The view from the room was great, the Ibsen was nice. Overall a very pleasant time spent in the hotel during the daytime/evening. Instead of beds we hat to sleep on futon directly on the floor - I was looking forward for a bed in the next hotel. Still, would definitely return.“

They supply yukata's and belts and you'll feel more comfortable being in traditional garb. It's a slog out and back to Matsumoto, so just make that a one-off day trip. Hirayu is much closer (15-mins) now the ...

„all outdoor onsen not hot enough, we need to take shower inside the building and walk about 1-min to outside onsen. overall very old and need renovation.“
