Welcome to Gold Ridge Suite C: The Crest—a quiet alpine stay near Hatcher Pass. Thoughtfully designed with two king beds, a full kitchen, and a comfortable, uncluttered layout, this suite is well-suited for relaxing after a day exploring the surrounding mountains, trails, and ski areas.

Guests have full access to the entire Suite B, including both bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Entry is via a keypad for easy self check-in. This suite is part of a multi-unit property, but your space is fully private. There are two other units on-site. Parking is available in front of your suite in a shared parking area.

The suite is located in a rural subdivision at the base of Hatcher Pass. Homes sit on 1–5 acre lots, offering a sense of space and privacy, though you may still see neighbors nearby or children riding bikes or four-wheelers on the road.

A small gas station/ice cream stop, local bar, and pizza spot are within about a mile. For most services, shopping, and dining, Palmer and Wasilla are a short drive away.

A car is required to get around, and AWD is handy in the winter.

The home is on well water and a septic system, which is common in this area. Please be mindful of water use and only flush toilet paper.

Outdoor areas and the parking lot are shared with two other units.

You may see wildlife in the area, including moose and other animals—please keep a safe distance.

Exterior security cameras may be installed in shared outdoor areas for safety and property monitoring. Cameras, if present, are positioned facing outward and do not monitor any interior spaces.
• Please keep overnight guest numbers the same as your reservation and let us know if plans change.
• Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM outdoors.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and keep exterior door closed while smoking so smoke doesn’t enter the home.
