MASTER SUITE:

Spacious, private and romantic Master Suite sits on the East wing of the home, while 2 bedrooms are on the West wing.



Master on-suite boasts a gigantic soaking tub with full mountain views right from the water. The sun shines year around through all the South facing windows. Large shower with built-in seat perfect for two. Private water closet attached has its own door!



Master bedroom features luxurious King sized bed, mounted smart TV for in-bed relaxation after long Alaskan days of adventuring, and an in-window AC unit for those extra warm days. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace available for those chilly Fall and Winter nights.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Wraparound Trex deck connects every room in the house — all 3 bedrooms, the living room and dining room all have large sliding glass doors to walk right out onto the large deck. Enjoy dining outdoors, relaxing on the porch swing or sun bathing while watching the skies for eagles, ravens, and airplanes!



Note: Our property is on the bluff and we have a steep hillside. We ask that no one go beyond the large rocks (see photos.) for your safety.



KITCHEN:

Cooking in the luxury chef’s kitchen will be a dream come true with 2 ovens (1 gas, 1 electric), 2 sinks (one large regular sink, one wet bar). Cook will always feel intimately connected to friends and family with incredible open concept space with stunning views from virtually every room in the house except the guest bathroom.

IMPORTANT NOTES:



AC — In Alaska, homes lack Air Conditioning or Central Air units. However, we ensure comfort by offering a dedicated in-window AC unit for the Master Suite. To keep the Great Room and two guest rooms cool during warmer days, we recommend cracking open the sliding glass doors and utilizing the ceiling fans.



MIDNIGHT SUN — We are the “land of the midnight sun!’ In June there is no sunset but 24/7 light. Please do not forget your sleep masks!

Each bedroom has a sliding glass door with an accordion blind system, but it still doesn’t get completely dark.



SHARED SPACE — Property has a mother-in-law suite above the garage. Please inquire if you’re interested in renting *both* spaces for larger parties or additional privacy for part of your group! We’re happy to help accommodations for your entire party.



WILD ANIMALS — Please be very respectful and cautious of moose on the property. Occasionally we will see moose, eagles, foxes, and other wild animals on the property. It’s incredible to enjoy them from the large windows and take photos/video — but please do not approach. While moose seem gentle and kind, they can be very aggressive if startled or approached in any way.



No pets allows. No large parties. No smoking. No drugs.
