Great location with a wonderful deck over looking the river. House was clean and well laid out. The three issues we had were:1) We were a group of six adults staying at the house. One bedroom had bunk beds which we were planning to use. Once inside the house there is a sign in the room with the bunk beds that said the beds were not to be used by adults, only children. This information was not part of the listing2) the check in instructions was very clear and said to follow the parking rules. Couldn’t find the parking rules in the listing nor with the check in info. Once at the house we learned we were only allowed 3 vehicles in the driveway. We had 5 vehicles (we all drove in from multiple states). We parked all 5 vehicles in the driveway and didn’t receive any complaints 3) the fridge down stairs runs and felt cold when we placed our food inside it. The next morning there was no refrigeration. All in all a nice place to stay. A heads up on the bunk beds being for children only and the parking restrictions would be helpful on the actual listing. My family did have a great time together at this place.
