We our beautiful apartment, meticulously designed to offer you a comfortable and memorable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to make you feel right at home, whether you’re here for a vacation or a business trip.

Spacious Bedroom:

1st Bedroom: Two comfortable queen-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Living Room: A cozy space equipped with a TV and a sofa, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Full Bathroom: Equipped with all the essentials for your convenience.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with ease in our kitchen, complete with all the essentials.

Washer and Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit for all your laundry needs.

Damage Waiver Fee: A $36 damage waiver fee is included in your reservation, providing peace of mind for accidental property damage. Please read the house rules for more information.

Guest Access:
Enjoy a workout in the fully equipped fitness center, relax by the warm fireplace on the outdoor terrace, or challenge your friends to a game of billiards. When you need to work, you'll find a convenient business center that offers the perfect space. And after a busy day, nothing better than a good book in the cozy library and don't worry about parking! Parking is available for just $20 per night, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation.

The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

We do not provide washcloths

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

We only offer one parking space and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
