Parking: This home offers free street parking in front, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be mindful of street signs indicating street sweeping hours. Kindly note that parking is not permitted in the rear, as those spaces are reserved for homeowners—unknown vehicles will be towed by the HOA.
Transportation: Noma-Gallaudet and Union Metro Stations are approximately one mile from the property, providing easy access to the city's attractions.
Self-Check-In: Enjoy the ease of contactless check-in procedures! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a door code for quick and seamless access to the property.
What's Included: To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide the following starter supplies in the unit:
Professionally made linens waiting for you on the beds, making it easy to relax after a fun-filled day in the city.
Two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths in each bathroom.
A starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, one roll of paper towels, two garbage bags, and travel-sized shampoo/conditioner and body wash in each bathroom, along with hand soap at every sink.
Please bring additional items as needed, and consider stopping by the nearest supermarket to stock up for your stay.
Maximum Occupants: All visitors must be registered guests on the reservation. Exceeding the occupancy noted in the reservation will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund, requiring all guests and/or visitors to vacate immediately.
House Rules: This is a strictly rental property for lodging purposes only. Absolutely NO parties or gatherings are allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
All guests must be indicated in the reservation, including visitors. Violations of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation without reimbursement. External cameras monitor the home's entrances for occupancy compliance as needed.
Locals residing within a 60-mile radius are not permitted to book this home. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this property.
Valid Photo ID: All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. Access codes cannot be issued until we receive the necessary identification matching the name on the reservation.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A smoke damage cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written authorization is obtained from the host. Guests who bring pets without approval will be in violation of house rules and will be asked to leave immediately, without a refund for any remaining days on the reservation.
