🚗 Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.

❄️ The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 13 – May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1.

During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures.
