„Had a 2 night stay at the hotel in an Executive suite. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming & helpful. It was a business stay on a Friday and Saturday. Parking was good directly outside. Spacious room, very clean and tidy- the bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable it was very luxurious to sleep in after a hard days work. There was a beautiful wedding on at the hotel and looked so beautiful and glamorous, it was lovely to see. Very much enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay ...

The staff were more than helpful - I had to leave each morning by 07:15, but breakfast was advertised as 07:30 onwards...the manager arranged for the kitchen to open @ 06:30, just for me, so I could have a cooked breakfast before departure each day! Restaurant was like Faulty Towers - I thought we were being filmed for a TV show it was so badly organised. Waitress asked us all several times what we had ordered. Brought wrong meal. Did not offer any sauces eg mustard, or steak knives for tough dry gammon steaks nor sirloin. Barman did not speak much English and could not change a 20 pound note when we bought drinks. Young ...

„Our room, booked by Expedia was very smaller than the rooms my friends booked at the same time not by Expedia. Our room was under the roof with sloping roof in the room and had no refrigerator. The rooms booked not by Expedia, all had one in the room. And our bathroom was also much smaler and older as the others.“
