„Great location in the heart of Warwick, NY. Easy to walk around town and visit the local restaurants!“

„We had a great time! The room was clean and quaint. Easy walk to town. There is music playing majority of the day so if that’s not your vibe, this isn’t the place for you. We’ll be returning.“

„Amazing place - we will definitely be back .“

„Rooms where clean parking is on a hill that is the only downfall that I saw.“

„The whole experience was amazing. Very clear description and clear instructions from start to finish. The owner was available when we had questions and it was close to all that we needed/wanted to go to. Bravo and would definitely stay there again!“

„Great location, lots of space, comfy beds, very charming. Kitchen and baths (especially 2nd floor shower) need updating but it was fine for short stay. Yard was in need of upkeep. We arrived on very hot day, host did not turn AC on before our arrival, I’d suggest they do that in the future. Overall good, needs some more upkeep.“

„Beautiful and exceptionally well outfitted property, tasty and warm, fresh and clean, book without hesitation“

„Great place, but you can hear red everything going on outside your room with the restaurant downstairs and other people in the common area. But I’d definitely come back here“

No decaf coffee and only offering of black tea. No offering of protein at breakfast. Hard boiled eggs would have been nice The pillows in the room looked inviting until you actually used them. They immediately flattened like a pancake. Very ...
