Our apartment “Zaubersee” accommodates up to 10 guests – ideal for families and groups seeking comfort with authentic Alpine charm.

Enjoy a spacious living and dining area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and all essentials), and three cozy bedrooms offering flexible sleeping options: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and bunk bed, and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms provide plenty of comfort for everyone.

Relax on the balcony with stunning mountain views, unwind in the house sauna, or enjoy a cozy movie night after an active day.

The Dorfbahn Warth ski lift is just minutes away, giving you direct access to Ski Arlberg, Austria’s largest ski area. In summer, countless hiking and biking trails start right outside your door.

Free parking is available at the house. Guests aged 14 and over are subject to a local tourist tax of €3.85 per person per night, including service surcharge, which will be charged by the host prior to arrival.
