"Unfortunately, my stay did not quite meet expectations. The check-in experience was uncomfortable: staff asked for my ID in broken English and, after handing it back, simply gave me my room key card without any further welcome or orientation. A warm, friendly reception would have made a significant difference.
The English proficiency of the staff was very limited throughout, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and left interactions feeling cold rather than welcoming.
As for the property itself, both the hotel and the rooms show their age. The furnishings and facilities are noticeably outdated and would benefit from a proper renovation.
One highlight worth mentioning: the hotel offers separate saunas for men and women, which is a great feature and very much appreciated. However, even the sauna facilities themselves are quite old and in need of an update."
