Next to Arkadia Park is the Water Park Warszawianka. Not far from the apartment are tennis courts and a sports and recreation center – Stegny AKTYWNA WARSZAWA – ideal for roller skating and inline skating. The location is well-connected by public transportation with nearby bus and tram stops (Warneńska, Czarnomorska, Dolina Służewiecka).

Sadyba Urban Quiet Studio features a cozy living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
