Not far from the flat is also one of the largest and most beautiful racecourses in the world - Służewiec Race Course. Nearby guests can find shops, restaurants and Galeria Mokotów ( 850 m). Numerous public transport stops and Chopin airport are not far from the flat (approx. 10 min by car).
