„Mountain Getaway is a cozy cabin tucked away in the woods. There are a couple of places outside to sit - the front porch swing is awesome. We didn't sit on the back porch as it kind of looks over the cabin next door. Plenty of space inside for two people and the dog. We loved the fireplace! And the furnishings were comfortable. Great getaway!“

„I can't begin to describe this perfect spot. Our hostess had thought of every need and want! We were even surprised to find a new double/queen bed in the loft that wasn't mentioned in the listing description when we booked our stay. This house comfortably sleeps 8 people in BEDS - 4 on main level and 4 upstairs. We travel often, but this was our first time traveling with our pets. I was a little leary of staying in a pet-friendly rental, but this home away from home could not have not more ...

„We had a great time with my mother and sons for July 4th weekend. Callaway is close near by right down the road with tons of stuff for kids to do. The house was clean and beautiful. We had a family of six and fit perfectly. The lake is amazing you can fish right of the bank. Thanks so much for having us would recommend to all! “

„Our group of ladies (7) enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and accommodated our group well. The stairs to downstairs was very steep, so keep this in mind for older adults. The parking is limited and there is no turn around area. We didn’t like backing into the road to get out. However, very nice cabin.“

„What an amazing place! The home was even better in person. Beautifully restored and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also perfectly situated a short stroll from restaurants and the city square. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place for anyone looking in the area.“

"Angekommen auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels bemerkten wir sofort die Kundschaft dieses Motels. Drogenabhängige, Obdachlose und nicht gerade eine sichere Gegend. Da wir sehr müde nach der langen Fahrt waren, checkten wir trotzdem ein . Das erste Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Das Bett schon benutzt, dreckig, Haare zerknittert. Ekelhaft!!! Nach Reklamation wurde uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Hier war das Bett noch schlimmer. Wir reisten ab und suchten uns einen Ort weiter ein ordentliches Motel . "
