„My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A“

Plenty of room for 2 couples.The not as good aspects, we were in a wine country and no wine opener, we messaged owner about it but 5 days still had no reply so couldnt open red wines.We both found beds hard and sheets scratchy, pillows were like pancakes, so thin.If these were improved its a 5star properry“
