- A recently renovated seafront townhouse spread across three floors, with striking interiors and genuine pier and sea views from the top!
Three double bedrooms and a twin sleep 8 comfortably, with a stylish workspace on the top floor that might be the best office view in Essex. A modest rear deck, stylish throughout, and only 200m to the beach and pier! Walton town centre on your doorstep.
We are not available in person, but happy to make recommendations via Airbnb messages or Stef can be contacted via phone in an emergency.

Some houses have a view. This one has the pier, the sea, and the whole sweep of the Essex coast laid out in front of it - and from the top floor workspace, it's the kind of view that makes it very difficult to get any actual work done.
Spread across three floors and recently renovated throughout, this is a proper seaside townhouse: striking feature walls, stylish furniture, and enough space for 8 people to spread out comfortably without feeling on top of each other. Three double bedrooms and a twin give groups and families real flexibility, and the layout across three floors means everyone gets their own corner of the house when they need it.
The top floor is the standout space - a dedicated workspace with those pier and sea views, which works just as well as a quiet reading room or somewhere to watch the sun go down over the water.
Outside, a small rear deck gives you a private outdoor space to start the morning with a coffee before heading out. The beach and pier are only 200m away, and Walton town centre is equally close for cafes, restaurants, and shops.
On-street parking is available nearby, with a paid car park also close by for larger groups with multiple vehicles.
