No River Access - Swimming or entering the river is not permitted under any circumstances. Please exercise extreme caution near the water's edge. Due to unpredictable and powerful underwater currents, guests must remain out of the water to ensure their safety and the safety of their party.

Bedrooms / Beds - There are 3 traditional bedrooms, and 2 additional beds in the second floor loft area. The loft beds are not private, but are in separate areas of the loft. The home has a total of 5 beds.

Hot Tub - Please set to your desired temperature upon your arrival for your use.

Stairs - This property features multiple levels and stairs, so we ask that children be supervised at all times for their safety. Guests should remain mindful and use caution throughout the home to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

Heating & Cooling - There wall heating units in each room to keep you comfortable during the cooler months. The second floor loft area has a portable AC unit for warmer months.
