„This was a great trip for the family. The farm house was a little bigger than we needed for 4 people, but it is on the edge of the property so we were in our own world. The owners let the animals into the pen close to the house, so we woke up to a horse and donkey right outside our window for breakfast. We did bring our dog on the trip, and there were no issues. Thank you for a great, short spring break trip.“

„We had so much fun here. It was a central meeting place for multiple families in Texas to meet and provided excellent space and amenities. The game room was awesome for young and old alike. We played everything available: pool, ping pong, darts, pop-shot basketball, boards games, fire pit and kayaks. If it had been summer we would have used the pool. The owners want everyone to have a great time. Would definitely return and I recommend. “

„Exceptional host! Three girlfriends having coffee one morning and decide they need to get out of the Dallas suburbs. Within 15 minutes they’ve booked this property on VRBO. Let the games begin!!! We had a blast! The house was ready early but we were having too much just antique shopping and hitting the square. Lunch at Christina’s was perfect! Best crab cakes ever!! „It’s a 4 level home. Not sure it was listed that way. The top 2 levels didn’t really have good air circulation so that would be a problem in the summer. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The worst part and it ruined the trip was the smell in the house. We had to call the fire department to check for a gas leak. No leak but house smelled so bad we would gag when entering and then go “nose blind”. The lower level, game room we were not able to use because the smell was so bad. Which we ...
