There are Walla Walla homes you come back to after a day of exploring—and then there are homes that become part of the trip. The Maren Bleu is definitely the latter.

Set on a spacious acre on Walla Walla’s Southside, this four-bedroom retreat gives groups plenty of room to enjoy wine country together. The heated seasonal pool and sauna add something special to the stay, while nearby wineries put some of the best of the Valley just minutes from home.

Inside, multiple living spaces make it easy for everyone to gather—or spread out. The bright, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen is made for mornings over espresso and evenings around the table, with a Miele espresso maker, commercial ice machine, wine refrigerator, generous prep space, and everything you need for meals at home.

Outside, the expansive backyard is a destination of its own. Spend sunny afternoons by the pool, stretch out across the lawn, gather for dinner outdoors, or end the evening around the fire pit. A BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating make it easy to take advantage of Walla Walla’s beautiful seasons.

Four bedrooms are spread across the home, including a spacious primary with an en-suite bathroom and private deck overlooking the backyard. A second living area downstairs gives the group another comfortable place to relax.

With EV charging, high-speed internet, thoughtful amenities, and easy access to Walla Walla’s Southside wineries, The Maren Bleu is an inviting home base in every season.

Pool afternoons, sauna evenings, slow mornings over espresso, and wine country just down the road—The Maren Bleu gives you plenty of reasons to enjoy the time spent at home, too.

Heated Seasonal Pool: The heated outdoor pool is open annually from April 1 through November 1.

Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome. Please note that the backyard is not fully fenced. Please see the House Rules for our pet policy and applicable fee.
HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they do not stay overnight and all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the approved overnight occupancy without prior authorization may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning or deodorization required as a result of smoking or vaping may be charged to the reservation.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or pet restrictions. If you will be traveling with a service animal, we ask that you please let us know prior to arrival so our team is aware ahead of your stay.

Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by an animal during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Your reservation includes accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for accidental damage that may occur during your stay.

Guests remain responsible for damage that is not covered, including damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of the House Rules.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted rules and operating instructions for property amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and BBQs.

Additional cleaning, repair, or servicing required due to misuse or excessive debris may be charged to the reservation. This includes draining and refilling a hot tub when necessary.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, food waste, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. Any cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DIRECT BOOKINGS

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.*
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.*
Cancellations made 13 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.

*The $10 booking fee and credit card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Marriott Homes & Villas are subject to the cancellation policy and terms of the platform through which the reservation was booked. Please refer to your reservation details on that platform for the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.

Early departures are non-refundable.
