„We have been staying in this condo complex for years and you cannot beat the location. This was our first stay in this unit and it was fabulous. The remodel was perfect and the view spectacular, even though it was a rainy visit. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Walk to Nye Beach and all the restaurants and get a reservation @ Local Ocean for outstanding seafood. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely unit. I am a native of Newport and Oregon...we will be back!“

„Over all the stay was nice. I was irritated that when i found food crumbs and ants across the floor. The response was to bring ant bait, which would be fine, except they left it at the door with the expectation that i would be setting it out. The heat was centralized in the hallway, and did not really warm up the rest of the unit. Would have been nice to have some sort of awning or cover on the porch.“

„Property was safe and secure. We stayed during the week which was better for us as it got much louder on Friday. The only issue was that the kitchen window had a high pitch squeal when the wind blew. And it is always windy. Otherwise, the place itself was great, with beautiful views!!“

Man war nicht bereit uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, erst zwei Reklamationen an der Rezeption und über 20 Minuten später kam dann jemand, der die Gaszufuhr zum Kamin abgestellt hat. Dass die Balkontür nicht zu verriegeln war, konnten wir selbst beheben.“

The beach access was absolutely phenomenal and very private. Although when it comes down to the property itself it is certainly overpriced for what you get. „I've stayed at a couple spots in the little nye beach area, it's my favorite spot on the coast, very walkable to get to the beach access and to multiple restaurants and a little shopping and a quick drive to even more. The lodgings were lovely, we had 5 adults for two nights and had all the space we needed. Loved the keyless entry, made it very easy for everyone to split up into different groups without having to worry about who has the key to get back in. Also appreciated the designated parking ...

„The condo had a lovely view of the ocean, nice finishes and was clean. However, we were disappointed in the rest. We booked it based upon the 'luxury oceanfront' marketing. All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. Not conducive to enjoying the views, blocking out light while sleeping or privacy. The fireplace did not ignite/work. The pillows, sheets, bedding, towels were very ...
