„Very nice town!“

„Well presented with table service very nice“

Breakfast was delicious and packed lunches were available for us C2C hikers. Our only small gripe was that the hosts were not available in the evening to help us with laundry, but I would still recommend staying here!“

„Good location with excellent views, unfortunately room was very basic and smelt damp. The shower was poor and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Continental breakfast in October??? Over priced stay for basic amenities.“

„Exceptionally pleasant and wonderful staff, Lovely big, very clean room. Food in the restaurant was very good. Would happily stay here again.“

„Breakfast was excellent Staff attentive Room small and noisy- great shower“

„Once I got my head past the idea that ‘this is not a Marriott’ I came to realize this is a great hotel. Room was comfortable. I was able to park right outside the hotel front door every night. Breakfast was good. The bar area is well presented with a good mix of locals and tourists to talk to. Room attended to daily. The local town is very pleasant. Some great coffee shops and pubs.“
