"It was definitely a different experience. The fact that there is no onsite person to help you with check-in and getting settled in was a little rough Needs to be someone working onsite 24hours or signs directing you to the right room/building nothing was marked or no signs directing you to your accommodations and when it is dark and rainy it’s really difficult to find. But once we got settled it was a nice surprise and we ended up staying an extra night "

"We live in NW FL and wanted a quick getaway - AWAY from it all; and we found this sweet cottage on the water. With 2 dogs, pet friendly is the only way we go and the owner had a lot of items to use for free for pets, the beach, games, etc... Well appointed and incredibly hospitable and accommodating even though I messed up the reservation and was a day off. The house was clean with nice additions (soft close trash), wall lights for the floor, outdoor chairs and cushions, kitchen stocked with everything you need so you don't have to leave. Which is exactly what we did and we will absolutely be back and highly recommend. (From a couple that was in the hotel business for 25+ years)"

"The staff was very friendly, great hot breakfast, and beautiful center garden with a fountain. We were down for a church revival at 1044 Shadeville Rd and the location was just a few minutes down the road. "

"This beach house has everything we needed for one of our best beach trips yet!! We had 11 people ranging from ages 1-62. There was plenty of room for all of us! Each family had their own area. Private, yet all together! We had people fishing, kayaking, swimming, shelling, grilling, crabbing and just chilling in the beach. The listing is exactly as shown. We have already requested to book next year!"

"My family stayed at this beautiful house for my son’s graduation from FSU. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. I have never rented a home that had a kitchen stocked as well as this one. Everything you could want was there for cooking. They even have the little things like tin foil, all the spices, sharp knives, coffee filters, and extra paper towels if needed. I could go on and on. We also all felt such a sense of peacefulness while there. The views from every room of the gulf and also the bay made it even better. Every person had a view from their room. The walks on the beach were amazing with so much sea life! We saw sting rays, dolphins feeding, very large clams, hermit crabs and tons of beautiful birds. We all felt like we had been there for at least a week when it was only 3 nights. The elevator & ramp was an extra plus for my family. Made it so that the grandparents could enjoy the graduation get together without any trouble. This is a piece of paradise not to miss!!"

"The property is well maintained and since it was the off-season, it was very quiet. It's not the Ritz, but it is clean and no offensive odors. The continental breakfast was served daily and it was freshly prepared and sufficient. The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. All in all, a pleasant stay. Be aware - there is a $100.00 damage deposit that is not mentioned on Expedia's website. Also, there is a $20.00 per night fee for pets that is not mentioned on Expedia's website."

"The beach house is well appointed and maintained. Everything one would need for a stay is already there (minus the food, of course). The rooms were just as shown in the pictures, clean and well organized. We enjoyed fishing off the beach; although no one swam in the water due to the murky color. In the evening we enjoyed walking on beach as the tide went out. Overall, it was a lovely time."

"If you want a place to stay close to several beaches, but do not want to be in the middle of everything, this is your place. Pet friendly is a big plus with a fenced in front yard and mostly fenced in back yard. My family enjoyed our stay here."
