„First, let me say that the place was awesome (I did give it 5 stars). I did however make a mistake regarding location. Mareen gave me accurate directions immediately when I booked, I saw I had a message through VRBO (I don't have the app), and I promptly ignored it.When it was time to drive to the place, I couldn't find directions (don't get ahead of the story folks). „This property was very peaceful and had beautiful views. The decor was lovely however, unfortunately there were a few things still waiting to be fixed at the property which let it down. There is no number on the letterbox and we arrived late at night and had a lot of trouble finding it. I had to dust down cobwebs from ceilings above beds and clean mugs before we could use them. „The parking lot is very spacious and the garbage is comfortable. Also, there was a Ruakaka stream in front of the garden, so it was good as a healing point. If there is a heat pump, it will be a recommended accommodation for four seasons that I really want to visit even in hot summer and cold winter.“

Amazing views and property was good with nice linen much appreciated. The property manager was very accomodating with prompt comms and responses. Highly recommend!“

„The third 3 day stay of a 9 day holiday. The bach/chalet was well appointed, to a high standard, and suitable for couples. Set down a small track it is in a quiet location and is a good base to explore Whangarei heads and the adjacent coast. A pleasant and comfortable place for a long weekend.“
