Beautiful Ōhope Beach is just 8 km away, with Whakatāne approximately 18 km away and Ōpōtiki a 28 km scenic drive to the east. For cycling enthusiasts, Ōpōtiki is home to the fantastic Motu Trails, including the beautiful coastal Dunes Trail, perfect for exploring the coastline by bike. Whether you’re after beach days, cycling adventures or a relaxing escape by the harbour, Ōhiwa Tui & Tide is a wonderful base for discovering the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
