Lauloa 402 has a central A/C unit, is a 1- bedroom, 1-bath renovated condo located on the 4th floor, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. This spacious, modern condo will provide you with all the comforts of home. Settle in with comfy furnishings and plenty of space for your family or group to spread out. From the lanai, your ocean view is a front-row seat to watching the humpback whales in whale season, sea turtles, multiple outer islands, sunrises over Haleakala, and beautiful sunsets. There are many ways to enjoy Maui's sunshine. Go for a dip in the shared, oceanfront pool. Grill out at the poolside grilling station while looking out at the ocean. We provide a beach chair and beach towel for each guest and a cooler for you to be able to hit the beach right away! Maui's longest sandy beach (Sugar Beach) is just 1/3 mile from the condo. Get there by sidewalk. Or drive and be there in less than a minute. Smart lock with a unique access code for easy self check-in.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company, so you can be sure communication will be easy and prompt.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
