„The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends.“

„We really enjoyed this place! The location in the community could not have been better. The proximity to the pool and the bbq’s made the time at the condo really enjoyable. Parking for a second car was a little difficult on a couple of night when we returned late. But overall we had a great time.“

„Waikaloa Colony Villa Condos are conveniently located in the Waikaloa Resort area. They are well maintained and very quiet! Pool area is beautiful! Condo is well appointed with spices, beach towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and pool noodles. Beds are comfortable and ceilings fans keep condo cool enough, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning very often at all. We would love to stay here again!!“

„My husband and I loved our stay here. The unit is sparkling clean and fresh which is a top priority for me!! It has everything you'll need for your stay and the owner has considered every thoughtful touch. Bedroom & bathroom get nice and cold with the AC in there and there was a great breeze to cool down the living area and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.“

„This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.“

„Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids. It’s set back from the coast in a residential area on a golf coarse. very quiet and peaceful with a local grocery store nearby. Upstairs patio has a nice outdoor dining area with sweeping views ...

„Our family had a wonderful holiday here and Matt was a great host. We started our holiday in Kona for a few days and then joined other family members here. „Lovely condo with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Beautiful sunsets! Right across the street from the pool. We had some issues with a few things but the property managers were very prompt in responding to me and repaired the issues quickly.“

„Obwohl wir ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Reception anreisten, klappte die Wohnungsübernahme bestens. Die Wohnung war sehr gross, bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage in dem sich die Wohnung befand war sehr gepflegt. Pool, Grillplatz und Fitnessraum waren auch vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufendhalt sehr genossen.“

"Kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würde wieder hier übernachten. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Schönes und grosszügiges Badezimmer. Küche mit Geschirrwäscher und eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sauberes Zimmer, gute Reinigung. Freundliches Personal. Riesige Anlage, gut organisiert. Shuttlebus oder kurze Autofahrt zu einem Marketplace mit Läden, Restaurant und die Möglichkeit Lebensmittel einzukaufen."
