THINGS TO KNOW
Effective immediately for reservations of stay beginning 1/1/2023, the HOA By-Laws will require that all vacation rentals adhere to the (7) nights minimum stay requirement.
There are watersports gear (two sets of snorkeling gear), beach towels, and a boogie board available. Please note that a resort registration fee applies. The resort registration fee is $100 and is payable (via cash or check) at check-in to the Resort Office/(Site manager office located near the pool) along with the Guest Registration Form within 24 hours of occupying the unit.

Pool & Deck Closed for Resurfacing Starting April 28, 2025.
The entire Pool area is forecasted to be closed beginning the week of April 28th 2025.
The estimated time for completion is four weeks or approximately the end of May. There will be access to an alternative community pool that is in walking distance of this complex property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
