„The best part of our stay was that the location was close to everything that we had planned to do. There was a hiccup with check in as they had changed the codes on the doors and didn't let us know about it a head of time. We didn't have to wait long and we were able to get the correct codes. „Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. „This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out.“

We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. „Loved the property. Location was great with easy walks to the resort to watch the surfers, sunrise and sunsets. Pool and beach activities all in easy distances. VERY prompt responses to all questions by management and never made us feel like our questions were stupid. Well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would only offer to suggest an air conditioner in the kitchen. It can get warm and hard to cool due to the layout of the floor plan. Overall very happy.“
