„This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. “

„Beautiful home. My family loved taking pictures in nearly every room due to the decoration. Close to city center. Google maps takes you to the wrong address but easy to get to when you figure it out. Larger cars might have an issue with the narrowness of the gare when leaving but we managed. I left a lighter, kindling and fire starters for the next people as we could find anything at the property to start the beautiful fireplaces with. I will 100% be booking this property in the future. „House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. Very generous with bedding linen, towels etc, made the stay effortless and like being at home, would recommend this place to families and ...

"Die Umgebung riecht bestialisch nach faulen Eiern. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Die Fugen waren schwarz und die Fliesen verdreckt. Die Abflussstopfen war wegen des Drecks stark verfärbt. Die Mechanik der Tür wirkte wie die eines Scheunentors. Es gibt keine Kleiderhaken und nur einen Mülleimer im Badzimmer. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Ich war froh, als ich den Ort endlich verlassen habe… "
