„The room was clean &, cozy except the Jet Spray wasn't working and we informed them however the issue was not addressed.“

„Unprofessional Management & Vehicle Damage – Zero Accountability We stayed at Clarks Inn, Dehradun, from 13th–14th June, and our experience ended in complete disappointment. During checkout, we discovered that the hotel staff had scratched our brand-new car against a wall. When we hand your keys over to valet/hotel staff, the hotel takes on the responsibility for its safety at the time of checkout but they bang it on the wall. „A peaceful vintage oasis with great charm (2-night stay) The Cocoon is a lovely, peaceful retreat with a distinct 1960s character, a huge garden, and two wonderful dogs that make the stay feel very welcoming. It truly reminded me of the classic colonial tea plantation bungalows in Nuwara Eliya (Sri Lanka): very spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, reliable hot water in the bathroom, and nice touches like Netflix, drinking water, coffee, and tea. „Staff not trained. We had to keep calling for fresh towels, toilet paper, cleaning the bathroom. “

„It is a beautiful cosy homely place with delicious food, super happy and courteous staff. The owner is a gem. Thank you for making the trip memorable“

„Rooms was disgusting there were flys and the small was not pleasant the room was old“

„The extra bedding was moulded, blanket was dirty, room service was torturing(i had to call 3 times to get the extra bedding) still after that the condition was realllly worst“

„Pathetic. We booked for 3 nights but only could stay a night. Didn’t even bother for a refund. We paid for food as well. The hotel was filthy dirty. Could not sleep as it was too noisy, staff was rude and didn’t care for anyone. Location of the hotel is bad. Rooms were stinky, bed sheets were torn and dirty. No intercom in the room. Tv was a joke, didn’t even turn on. Receptionist had an attitude she couldn’t handle. Never ever will they see me or my acquaintances. “

„Very dirty and badly managed property. Not recommended for families. Room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom was dirty.“

„Se avessi potuto dare zero stelle l' avrei fatto! Personale pessimo, una volta ottenuto il denaro dopo la prenotazione non ti preparano la stanza per tempo e devi aspettare. Quando prenoti ti chiedono di pagare in contanti più soldi! Non sono cordiali e non salutano... Evitate o assicuratevi di mettere bene in chiaro le cose... Purtroppo era uno dei pochi hotel che accettava ospiti stranieri....“

„It was very bad, unheigenic, bedsheets we smelling , room was not goot at all, no charging switch. “
