The first-floor open-plan living space is designed to maximise the panoramic estuary views. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors flood the room with light, opening out onto a large balcony where you can relax in the sun or dine alfresco. A cosy wood-burning stove and snug/second TV room add charm and comfort for lazy evenings.

EATING & DINING

A spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living space, making it easy to entertain or enjoy relaxed family meals. Step straight onto the balcony from the dining area to enjoy breakfast in the sea breeze or dinner at sunset.

SLEEPING & BATHING

The Old Boathouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, making it ideal for extended families or two families sharing.

· Bedroom 1 - Designed with younger guests in mind, this cheerful room features two sets of bunk beds, perfect for sleepovers, cousins, or a giggling gang of little adventurers. Sleeps 4.

· Bedroom 2 - A calming twin room that can be configured as a super king, offering flexibility for friends or couples. Bright and airy, it's a quiet space to retreat after a day by the sea.

· Bedroom 3 - A cosy room with a double bed, styled in neutral tones and natural textures, creating a restful haven.

· Bedroom 4 - Another snug bunk room, ideal for children or even grown-up surfers happy to bunk down in comfort.
