Guests have access to the entire home as well as an empty lot next door that can be used for parking a trailer or boat.
The neighborhood is majority Airbnb's with a few residential homes.
Small Dogs are permitted but no more than 2 allowed. Animals are not allowed on any furniture or in any bedrooms. Animals are to stay in the common area or the bunk room at all times and need to be in a kennel at night. Cat are NOT allowed.
There is a $250 per pet fee if you bring a dog. If you fail to disclose that you have a pet (or more than one pet) with you prior to check-in you will be issued a $500 fee and/or be evicted from your stay without reimbursement.
Also, if there is any damage or feces left from the animals you all will be charged an additional fee in the amount of the greater of the replacement cost of the damage done or $150.
