"Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Das Bad war in Ordnung. Im Zimmer gab es Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Föhn. Die Rezeption mit Dachterrasse war schön, mit kostenlosem Wasser und Tee. Der Check in hat etwas länger gedauert. Super zentral, in der Nähe des HBF. Schick :)"

"I stayed at the Grand Hotel Pillows in Ghent with a group of business clients from Taiwan and booked four double rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptionally warm welcome. The beautiful upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "I had the best stay ever at this hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food, they accommodated me and my partner very well. I will 100% return here. Unfortunately we had to miss Breakfast because we needed to leave too early but they were so nice to prepare a breakfast box for us to go. Kudos to the staff!"

"Die Lage ist top! Wie der Name schon sagt, super zentral. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber für 3 Nächte war es gut. Unser Zimmer war etwas kompliziert zu erreichen, zwei Aufzüge und einige Wege in den Gebäuden. Es gibt sehr viele Zimmer. Mitten im Raum/ neben dem Bett war eine Säule. Damit war es etwas eng. Auch das Bad ist sehr klein. Für uns aber ok. Dafür hatten wir im 4. Stock eine gute Aussicht und viel Tageslicht. Preis-Leistung fand ich gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-in und out unkompliziert und schnell. Die gratis Gepäckaufbewahrung ist praktisch. Im 3. Stock gibt es eine Raucherterrasse. Wir waren zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt."
