„Was put on 8th floor and had no hot water - well, I was told that 95 degree water was ok. Asked to be moved to lower floor (closer to the boiler) and was accommodated. Water was still not as hot as I like, but at least warmer than body temperature. Otherwise it was fine. Bed was very comfortable.“

„Everything was nice and clean when I got there. The bed was also very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The valet staff were helpful with answering my questions that I had about their service along with details that come with the it.“

„Well, there was no way to charge your phones in the room, there was two elevators one was out of service and then the second one broke down and we had to use the stairs, the toilet overflowed called for Assistance. Nobody showed up so we checked out of the room. Breakfast was nothing special no room for everybody at the hotel in the dining area. Overall, it was really a poor visit. I will not stay there again.“

„Enjoyed our stay. Staff is super friendly and they have free EV chargers for guests!“
