„This is a very practical villa for family groups as it is made up of 2 apartments - downstairs 2 bedrooms and upstairs 3 bedrooms. It’s clean, modern and well equipped with a beautiful pool. We were there in summer so aircon in all rooms greatly appreciated!“

„The house that is advertised wasn't as expected. It was not clean at all, even filthy. The floor, the kitchen, shower, even the sheets on the bed. Also the paint in the swimming pool was peeling off. The feet of the children were blue after going in the pool. A lot of stuff was broke, all the chairs and beds in the garden, flyscreen, rollershutter, ... .There was a lot of noice of the animation in the hotel in front of the house. We prefer quietness. We don't need luxury. Just a clean house and ...

„Les photos ne sont pas le reflet de la réalité : c'est encore plus beau en vrai! Séjour incroyable dans un village vide de touristes. Une vue magnifique, une piscine de rêve, une location tout confort (nous aurions aimé des lits plus fermes mais c'est uniquement une question de goût), la mère de Mike a été d'une extreme gentillesse et nous a régalé pendant le séjour. Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour, cela est passé trop vite!A cela s'ajoute des voisins danois très gentils qui ont ajouté ...

„Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists“

„Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt unf kommen gern wieder. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe hat sehr zu unserer Entspannung beigetragen. Lila war ein sehr angenehmer Hund und wir haben uns immer über ihren Besuch gefreut. “

„We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and clean house. Excellent communication with the very friendly owner. A short walk to the sea shore, a short drive to the lake. As a welcome gift the owner provided generously food for breakfast, cereals, water, wine , olive oil, coffee, milk, cheese and lots of other things to get trough the first days. Supermarket and bakery 10 mins by car. Good working wifi, lovely 2 porches to sit on and watch the sun going down. Thank you, Peny.“
