The apartment is located right in the center of Guarapari, just 300m from Castanheiras Beach, close to everything. It's super cozy, has air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The space is large and airy, has safety screens, and features a fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils for preparing all your meals, as well as a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other items.

The building has 24-hour security and a private garage available.

The location is excellent, close to the best places in the city center, beaches, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, and banks.

The 2 bedrooms (1 suite) have TVs (with 2 Amazon Fire TV Sticks) and air conditioning, bed linens and towels included, and a wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. The boardwalk is also a good option for strolling along this, one of Guarapari's many beaches, not to mention the restaurants and kiosks that make the place more lively.

The center of Guarapari has several supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, bars, banks, and many other conveniences within walking distance of the apartment.

Guarapari is part of the metropolitan region of Vitória and is only 51km from the capital. Therefore, the city is easily accessible, even for those coming from afar. The center of Guarapari is about 65km from Vitória airport. From Vitória or Vila Velha, it's possible to reach Guarapari by car (about 1 hour), or by bus from the Alvorada company, which departs daily from Vitória airport, with stops at various points along the way. The route can also be done by taxi, Uber, or V1.
