From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well everything worked, from the smooth and efficient transportation to the very warm welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was also fantastic—it was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat. I especially enjoyed the resort's amenities. The pools were simply wonderful and beautifully maintained, and the location was great for exploring the area. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious choices at every meal. "We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. There was lots to do in the hotel like playing games in the arcade room or participating in some water activities. The main pool is open until 9pm which makes it possible to swim after dark. Amazing! The beach is really nice as well and since there are life guards everywhere, we felt really safe. The whole hotel is quite guarded at the entrance with multiple checkpoints and safety personal (it is still possible to order grabs to the hotel though). We tried some of the restaurants and we're really surprised by the good food. We especially enjoyed the local bands playing in the lobby in the evenings and the Filipino buffet and cultural dance night! The breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods. Really enjoyable!"
