The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was good, with a nice variety of choices. This hotel absolutely deserves 5 stars! We were blown away by the exceptionally outstanding service – no matter what, the team was always attentive and ready to help. We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. There was lots to do in the hotel like playing games in the arcade room or participating in some water activities. The main pool is open until 9pm which makes it possible to swim after dark. Amazing! Wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig. Das ist eins der schönsten Hotels, in dem wir bisher übernachtet haben. Wir haben bei Ankunft sogar ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und hatten dann einen schönen Ausblick auf den Pool. Das Frühstück war fantastsich - von mexikanisch bis koreanisch war alles dabei und war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Zimmer werden sehr gut gereinigt. Das gesamte Personal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns hier sehr gefallen.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, auch die Lage war gut. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen auch der Strand war nicht so weit vom Hotel. Das Essen hat immer gut geschmeckt, sehr viel Auswahl zum Frühstück hatte das Hotel. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön und sauber, die Personale achten sehr auf sauberkeit, jeden Tag hatten wir Roomservice, dass hat uns sehr gefallen.
