„The property appeared a little run down with the outside deck areas and some needed repairs inside. We were greeted by the manager to whom we expressed concerns with the dirty, pollen cover closed in porch and broken outside furniture which was also reported to the manager. It did not appear the closed in deck was power washed as indicated by the manager who later stated it would be done in May. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels and dishwasher soap due to limited or no supply ...

„The closeness to Ft. Myers was a big plus. The view of Arlington Forest was great. The stairs inside were a challenge. Access to the magnificent seating in the forest was also a challenge. A patio setting close to the house would have been helpful; yet the inside nook was great and similar to a patio. This was my first VRBO; I'll ask about stairs/steps next time. The host was helpful and responsive. “
